This composition is written to depict the attitude, zeal and sprightliness of our ancestors after they succeeded against Britishers and finally gained independence....Lets all come together to pay TRIBUTE to all those who parted with their lives, incurred huge losses and parted with their near and dear ones and fought till their last breath to make their most cherished dream of attaining freedom possible....and because of their efforts, today we are able to walk on our motherland fearlessly without bein reigned by any supreme powers and are able to call our country INDIA ours....
There is also an advise to other supreme powers who have similar intentions as those of Britishers,we Indians want to warn you to not even dare to take us to be inferior or powerless or even you will be SQUELCHED like those foreigners... VANDE MATRAM!
POEM
At last they achieved their aim,
Upon which Britishers had no claim,
After fierce battle and blooded rain,
They became the landlords of their own grain..
Freedom they had now embraced,
Their face was full of golden GRACE..,
At last they had given their life,
Only for their country's sake..
They were full of new vigour, exhilaration and joyfulness,
Which made them won over their anxiousness,
Their feelings towards their country of LOVE and PATRIOTISM,
Made them to fight against ENGLISH with SPRIGHTLINESS....
Every mouth was brimming with HULLABALOO,
And every face irradiated with a GLOW,
Their arduous efforts made their DREAMS come TRUE,
And were enshowered upon with Lord's blessings in the form of DEW...
These are the qualities possessed by we INDIANS,
So, O enemy don't even dare to make our motherland
smudgy by your rapacious SIGHT,
Or, we will TRIUMPH over YOU and SQUASH you again with all AMIGHT...
Note: My dear friends it really make us proud to be a part of such a country where people had struggled and had to even part with their lives to taste the flavour of GLORIOUS victory.People were ready to die than surrendering themselves to supreme powers leading a life of slave. The unity, zeal and hunger of Indians to get freedom at that time which made them win over a power which was much advanced than us in both monetary and technical matters is COMMENDABLE.I would like to request you all to spare a part of your precious time in memorizing them and if you know some details of any person who was a part of India's struggle of independence in any war and whose name is somehow missed in the golden pages of history then please share that with us.
Hats off to all of them.....
PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN!CHAK DE!
Thanks and Regards,
